SurgiLink is a secure, cloud-based platform that links the parties involved in surgical care — clinics, surgeons, hospitals, anaesthetists and other relevant parties. It replaces the spreadsheets, PDFs, emails and manual form-filling of surgical bookings with automation, real-time surgical lists and intelligent workflows.

• Blurred — time slots and durations visible, details blurred.
• Hidden — only that a list exists.

Yes. SurgiLink runs on HIPAA-compliant infrastructure on AWS with servers located in Australia. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is governed by role-based permissions.

SurgiLink integrates with your practice management software (PMS). As patients are booked in your PMS, they appear automatically in SurgiLink within a few seconds — no re-keying, no duplicate data entry. Just book the case in your PMS and head over to SurgiLink to do the rest.

At onboarding, each surgeon's theatre schedule is set up as a repeating rotation which allows SurgiLink to generate lists automatically. Extra lists can be added at any time, sessions can be adjusted for a single date, and lists can be cancelled if a surgeon is away. Changes sync instantly across all parties.

Every patient on a list has a pre-op checklist — admission and consent forms, admission letter, medication list, post-op appointment, and procedure-specific details. Checklists are customisable as every clinic has a slightly different process. Progress is visible at a glance on every list and on the dashboard, so nothing slips through before surgery.

Lists carry a clear status — Draft, Sent or Confirmed — so every party always knows where things stand. When a clinic finalises a list, relevant parties receive notification and can view the list in their portal. A party is not on SurgiLink — no problem, generate a polished PDF and email it in one click.

Yes to both. Shared lists let multiple surgeons use the same theatre session. Lists can also include patients from more than one clinic, with each clinic managing their own patients' checklists independently.

We keep it simple. We collect your clinic details, work directly with your IT people to install the integration on your server, and help you set up each surgeon's schedules. You receive a main login from which you can create logins for your staff.

Yes — we simply link your clinic to their existing account and set up permissions per their preference. Nothing needs rebuilding.

A practice management software and standard practice hardware. We verify everything during onboarding and coordinate with your IT provider, so there's minimal work for your team.
